The Customer Happiness Summit & Awards (CHSA) is popular for being an authentic platform that recognises companies purely on merit. We are obsessed with maintaining the highest standards of integrity in the assessment process so the most deserving companies win regardless of their scale, size, and brand value.

We are delighted to answer your questions so that you can nominate your company at the most prestigious awards in the Gulf.

Any enterprise or individual based in the Gulf can participate in the Customer Happiness Awards as long as they have relevant initiatives, innovations, programs or achievements pertaining to the award categories.

You can nominate for free in up to three categories. After that, the nomination fee will be USD 200 for every additional category. Companies have the option to nominate in a maximum of four categories.

  • It is third-party validation and recognition for your initiatives. The transparency of the process is now validated by the Global Accreditation Programme called the Awards Trust Mark

At least a part of the initiative/program/campaign should have taken place Aug 2022 onwards.
Companies can nominate in a maximum of four categories. Nominating in multiple categories is one of the most strategic methods to enhance your chances of winning by 73%.
We understand that as part of the nomination process, you may reveal important and sensitive business information. This information is accessed by the Jury who agrees to a confidentiality arrangement. We further ensure that the Jury does not have any conflict of interest with your business.
The deadline for submission of online nomination is 25 July 2023.

The presentations need to be made only by the finalists in each category. The entire process happens online wherein you are allotted 20 mins (including Q&A) to make your case to the Jury panel. It is based on the final presentations that the Jury identifies the winners in each category.
We recommend between 2-3 such that you can make an impactful presentation while having the support of team members who can address the Jury questions well. However, this is only our recommendation, not a standard rule.
The winners will be declared in a Gala Evening on 13th Oct 2023 in Dubai.
It is NOT mandatory to purchase tickets for the Gala Evening. However, we recommend that you have adequate company representation at the Gala Evening so you can create an unforgettable memory for your entire team!
